Located in Fingal, in the heart of Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, Alba is a world-class wellness sanctuary. Alba offers contemporary geothermal bathing in 35 pools, wellness rituals and indulgent
treatments in the award-winning spa and all-day dining in Thyme, with a focus on locally sourced seasonal produce. Guests can extend their stay overnight in Alba’s beautifully appointed accommodation, The Sanctuary.

The Opportunity

Open for breakfast, lunch & dinner, Thyme’s menu has been created showcasing locally sourced, seasonal produce served alongside excellent coffee, herbal tea blends, local cold-pressed juices and signature cocktails. The wine list highlights the Peninsula’s many local vineyards, distilleries and breweries.

We are looking for Part-time Kitchen Hands to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen. Duties include: dishwashing, removing rubbish, cleaning benches.

Midweek, evening and weekend availability required.

About You

• You have experience in a similar role
• You are guest centric, a team player, and have a positive attitude
• You have excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills
• You are capable, reliable and responsible
• You have a valid visa or working rights for Australia
