Bayshore Club is a beautiful waterfront restaurant located in the heart of Coconut Grove. Our establishment offers a unique dining experience with stunning views of the bay, a diverse menu of fresh food, and a commitment to providing exceptional hospitality.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Expo to join our team. The Expo plays a crucial role in ensuring that all dishes leaving the kitchen are prepared to perfection and meet our high-quality standards. You will be responsible for organizing and garnishing plates, coordinating with kitchen staff, and ensuring orders are accurate and timely before they are served to our guests.


Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and in a timely manner.
• Check the accuracy and presentation of each dish before it leaves the kitchen.
• Garnish and plate dishes according to the restaurant's standards.
• Ensure that each order is complete, including sides, sauces, and any special requests.
• Communicate with servers to ensure that they pick up the correct orders for their tables.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with restocking necessary items in the expo area.
• Work closely with the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure efficient and smooth service.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns or special requests.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar role in a high-volume restaurant is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
