Salary Range: $11.00 Hourly

As a member of the Kitchen Crew, you may be assigned and responsible for one of several key areas of water park operations which includes but not limited to: inventory distribution, food handling, food prep, food delivery or as a cook at our deep fryers or pizza oven. Crew members are responsible for ensuring health, safety & sanitation standards are met within all food areas.
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve food with a smile!
- Maintain a clean & sanitary work area at all times while wearing assigned personal protective equipment (hair restrained, gloves, handwashing, etc).
- Monitor food temperatures during holding and serving.
- Perform clean-up duties of all kinds before, during, and after a shift.
- Exhibit proper Guest Service Skills at all times.
Skills and Abilities
- Problem Solving Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Communication Great each and every guest in a warm and inviting manor and communicate with supervisor on progress or to fill downtime. Ask for assistance when needed.
- Planning/ Organizing Fill downtime with appropriate tasks; and work in an efficient manor.
- Quality Control Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in work; look for ways to improve and promote quality; and able to monitor own work for quality assurance.
- Dependability Follows instructions and responds to management direction; takes responsibility for own actions; complete task on time or notifies supervisor with an alternate plan and timeline; consistently at work and on time for scheduled shift; and ensure responsibilities are covered when absent.

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For
- Must be 15 years of age or older for most responsibilities
- Must be 18 years of age or older to work as a cook at a fryer or pizza oven.
- Ability to reach, sit, bend & walk for long-periods of time while able to move around the work environment.
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors in various weather & temperature conditions.
- Friendly, responsible, and attentive demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented with a high focus on ethical discretion involving sanitation requirements
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
