Job Responsibilities
- In charge of all food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Perform basic food prep, ingredient handling, and knife work.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ensure food quality and consistency.
- Assist in menu development and creation of new dishes.
- Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements
- Experience in café or Western-style kitchen preferred.
- Basic food preparation and knife skills.
- Passionate about cooking and open to creating new dishes.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Responsible, cooperative, and positive working attitude.
- Able to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
