Daily Activities

1. Follow up on all leads via phone, email and/or text.
2. Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up in-home sales process (training provided).
3. Receive higher commissions on leads you create (we will train you).
4. Use our easy quoting system to give a price on the spot
5. Collect payments from customers.
6. Communicate with team to create an amazing experience for our clients.
7. Be there for the BIG reveal. Feel the excitement throughout the process.

Skills and Requirements

1. Highly motivated, dependable and a strong work ethic.
2. Optimistic, enthusiastic, empathetic and friendly.
3. Professional demeanor.
4. Very coachable, always in learning mode and has a willingness to adapt.
5. Driven and growth oriented.
6. Computer and smartphone/tablet proficient.
7. Excellent at follow-up.
8. Must have a valid Driver's Licence.
9. Must have a vehicle.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
