Location: The SpitJack Rotisserie Brasserie, Bedford Row, Limerick

Job Type: Flexible (Part-Time & Full-Time Available)

Located in the heart of Limerick on Bedford Row, we're proud to be a go-to spot for everything from brunch dates to celebrations.

We're now looking for a hardworking, reliable Kitchen Assistant to support our kitchen team.

Wages:

From €14.15/hour,doe

Responsibilities:

• Assisting chefs with food prep and basic cooking tasks
• Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and workstations
• Washing up and managing dishware/pot wash
• Receiving and storing deliveries correctly
• Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Supporting the wider kitchen team during service
