Assistant Store Manager 

As the Assistant Store Manager, you provide leadership and direction to the store team while successfully executing the company’s vision and values under the direction of the Store Manager. Youassistin maximizing store profitability by achieving store sales goals. You ensure that store standards and processes formerchandising,and operations are well executed. You create an inclusive environment and settheexample for customer engagement that exceeds industry standards. As needed, you will assume responsibility for the store in the Store Manager’s absence. 

How You Will Make a Difference 

What you will do: 

You contribute to maximizing and achieving store sales goals and monitoring sales progress against key targets. You model and foster a consumer centric mindset within the store and selling behaviors through genuine interactions with consumers. You support the Store Manager with networking and recruiting high caliber, diverse talent. You provide direct coaching, feedback, training, and supervision of the team, ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed and in compliance. 

How you will do it:

By consistentlydemonstratingclear communication, training, and coaching team, youassistin setting expectations for customer engagement, store policies and as well as fostering a high performing team.Assistin managing labor and payroll expenses to maximize sales and profitability.You promote an environment of productivity by ensuring the team has the knowledge and skills to meet store goals for sales and customer engagement.

You and the team successfully meet and exceed sales results and business goals. Youare responsible forassistingthe Store Manager in coaching and developing the team. You lead by example, promote an inclusive store environment, and create great consumer experiences in all situations.

Skills for Success 

Years of Related Professional/Retail Management Experience: 

• 3+ years 

Educational Position Requirements: 

• A formal education andsubsequentundergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements. 

Physical Requirements: 

• Standingrequiredfor entire work shift 

• Bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds (as needed)

Hiring Range

$24.75 - $32.04 USD per hour

Incentive Potential This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
