Smart Environmental Ltd works on behalf of local councils, businesses, and communities providing rubbish and recycling collections. Acquired by Blue Planet and with a large fleet of collection vehicles and line haul operations, our mission is to divert waste from landfill.
About the role
In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our customers on the weighbridge. You’ll welcome customers, manage payments and help keep the site running efficiently. As we are a small close-knit team, everyone pitches in to support each other. From time to time, you'll lend a hand with a variety of tasks across the site, which may include assisting in the yard, operating a forklift, or completing the occasional bank run.
The days and hours for this permanent part time position are Saturday (9.00am - 4.00pm) and Sunday (11.00am - 4.00pm). Flexibility and willingness to work additional days is key.
