Kiosk Associate (Season 2026)

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong customer service and sales skills, along with a proven track record of reliability and punctuality. This role requires a proactive individual who is capable of building customer relationships and confidently sharing product knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and offering detailed information on product options, features, uses, and pricing
  • Accurately process transactions and maintain responsibility for cash handling and cash drawer management
  • Create a welcoming environment by expressing genuine appreciation to guests and delivering a warm, memorable farewell
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization, ensuring the kiosk is sanitary, well-stocked, and visually appealing
  • Monitor inventory levels, anticipate demand, and restock merchandise as needed
  • Ensure all product displays are well-presented and aligned with visual merchandising standards

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer-focused retail environment
  • Excellent command of both Greek and English, with strong verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in basic computer use and POS systems
  • Outgoing and approachable personality, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Flexible availability, including the ability to work weekdays, weekends, and varying shifts as required to support operational needs
