About the Role:
The Senior Principal Revenue Enablement leads the strategy, programs, and performance framework that help Customer Care and Repair teams create more value in every customer interaction. This role sits at the intersection of customer experience, operational excellence, and revenue growth, ensuring frontline teams have the tools, training, coaching, incentives, and insights needed to confidently recommend relevant products and services.

This leader will achieve care and repair revenue targets by selling through service interactions to improve customer loyalty, product adoption, and revenue per interaction while maintaining a customer-first experience. Success in this role requires close partnership across Customer Care, Repair, Loyalty, Sales Ops, Product, Training, Finance, HR, Compensation, and Analytics.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead the enterprise strategy for revenue enablement across Customer Care and Repair
• Design and implement programs that help frontline teams identify customer needs and recommend relevant products and services
• Partner with operational leaders to integrate revenue opportunities into the customer journey in a natural, consultative way
• Develop training, coaching, and reinforcement strategies to improve frontline confidence and performance
• Create incentives, recognition, and compensation strategies that support customer-first behaviors and revenue growth
• Build reporting and dashboards to track metrics such as revenue per interaction, offer acceptance, product adoption, attach rate, and customer experience
• Analyze performance trends and use data-driven insights to optimize program effectiveness
• Translate business priorities into scalable initiatives, pilots, playbooks, and operating processes
• Lead continuous improvement efforts by testing, measuring, and scaling successful practices
• Serve as the subject matter expert on revenue enablement within customer service operations

Do You Have?
• 10+ years of leadership experience in customer care, contact center operations, revenue enablement, customer experience, sales strategy, performance management, or related fields
• Proven success designing programs that improve customer outcomes and business performance
• Experience building training, coaching, and frontline enablement programs
• Strong analytical skills and experience using dashboards, reporting, and metrics to drive decisions
• Experience designing incentives, recognition, or compensation programs
• Ability to influence senior leaders and build cross-functional partnerships in a matrixed organization
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

Minimum Requirements:
College degree and 10+ years professional level experience with 3-5 years supervisory experience; or 14+ years professional level related experience with 3-5 years supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.

The compensation range for this position is from $112,600 - $150,800. Our compensation approach is designed to be fair and competitive. Pay for this role is based on factors such as your experience, skills, education, and location.
