Success requires strong business acumen, relationship management expertise, and the ability to influence outcomes across internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
• Drive monthly and annual sales revenue by actively managing and developing assigned national sales partners.
• Create and execute strategic growth plans to increase product penetration, partner productivity, and overall sales performance.
• Ensure partners are aligned with current sales collateral, promotions, pricing, and offers across all marketing and distribution channels.
• Recommend and lead special sales initiatives and promotions, collaborating cross-functionally with Channel Support, Marketing, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure successful execution.
• Expand and optimize Kinetic’s distribution footprint, including big box retail, master agents, and online sales partners throughout the Windstream service area.
• Build and maintain strong, executive-level relationships with partner leadership to drive long-term growth and alignment.
• Act as the primary liaison between partners and Kinetic, resolving issues, escalating concerns, and ensuring a seamless partner experience.
• Deliver on commitments to both internal and external customers while holding high standards of accountability and service.
• Lead bi-weekly partner calls, monthly performance calibration sessions, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and other recurring partner engagements to track results and drive continuous improvement.
Do you Have?
• Bachelor’s degree required, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 3–5 years of related experience in sales, channel management, account management, or business development.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build relationships at all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and influence skills with a result-driven mindset.
• Ability to see the big picture while executing tactical sales initiatives.
• Demonstrated strengths in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making within a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
