Hours: 2.5 hours (9:00 AM-11:30 PM)
Class: IV (starting rate is $21.44 per hour)

Administrative Professional and Paraprofessional Contract
The person in this position will be responsible for supervision of kindergarten students during the school day. The successful candidate will work 3.50 hours a day and have the chance to support the learning of kindergarten students. Duties include small group work/support, read alouds, 1:1 student interaction and assessment, supervision of an entire classroom, kindergarten recess, etc.
Qualifications:
• Experience working with young children, preferably in a school environment
• Ability to take direction
• Ability to multitask and supervise students in an environment that is highly engaging
• Flexibility and patience
• Ability to communicate effectively with students
• Ability to provide positive and effective supervision
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to make decisions independently
