Job Description

We are looking for a Kindergarten English Teacher for a school based in Guangzhou. This position is available with an immediate start.

About the school

The school is a private international language school which is located in Guangzhou. It provides curricula from preschool to Grade 12, which including Chinese national curriculum (nine-year compulsory education) and as an IBO authorized school, international curricula which consist of IB PYP & MYP) and American high school program (with Cognia Accreditation) are provided independently.

Job responsibilities

As the Kindergarten English Teacher, you will act as the homeroom teacher and together with teaching assistants, support the children in their learning‐journey from Monday to Friday. During this time, you will:

• Conducting English lessons that are fun and engaging to kindergarten students
• Playing and interacting with kids to create English speaking environment for kids
• Lesson planning, daily classroom management and classroom activities organization
• Assess each child’s performance and progress on regular basis
• Participating in school events and activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, (major in education preferred)
• At least two years teaching experiences with kids between age 2-6 years old
• Excellent English communication skills

• Monthly Salary of 25,000 to 32,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifcations
