As a “Kinaxis Rapid Response Specialist” you will be working on Kinaxis Rapid Response used by Siemens Healthineers worldwide. Your tasks and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
 
Technical Expertise
  • Optimize business processes (e.g. workbook setup) in ‚“Kinaxis Rapid Response“
  • Implement data integration, mapping concepts and data transformations in Kinaxis Rapid Response
  • Monitor Kinaxis Rapid Response data interfaces and performance
  • Configure and maintain Kinaxis Rapid Response
  • Train support team and end-users in Kinaxis Rapid Response
  • Provide 2nd level support (e.g. system, data and user administration)
  • Provide 3rd level support (e.g. root cause analysis, business process support)
  • Maintain knowledge base and perform deployment of changes
Quality and Compliance
  • Contribute to accurate and up-to-date quality and end-user documentation
  • Assist during internal and external audits
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
  • 3-8 years of hands-on experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response, ETL and operational IT support especially in Incident Management
  • Expert knowledge in data transformation and data quality management
  • Hands on experience in cloud applications (e.g. Snowflake) especially regarding interfaces
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on multicultural sensitivity
  • Critical thinking and analysis skills with respect to varying customer and business processes and requirements as they relate to a larger picture
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Structured, proactive, and self-directed work style
  • Fluent in English
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
  • Experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response, Admin and Author certifications are a plus
  • Experience in Healthcare industry business processes
  • Proficiency in analytics tools is a plus
