In this role, you will work closely with IT and business users globally to manage end-to-end supply chain planning processes using Kinaxis RapidResponse. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute and make a difference in a challenging and exciting high-tech environment.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Collaborate with users to understand business requirements and configure solutions in RapidResponse
• Design, build, test, and deploy RapidResponse resources, including workbooks, alerts, forms, scripts, automation chains, widgets, and dashboards
• Apply demonstrated understanding of control tables, data models, and mappings to solve business problems
• As a core member of the Kinaxis Center of Excellence (COE) team, apply best practices in RapidResponse configuration to meet business needs
• Assist end users with interpreting planning results
• Facilitate, plan, and support new functionality releases, including periodic Kinaxis service updates

The must haves:

• Strong understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and RapidResponse analytics
• Deep understanding of RapidResponse data integration using TALEND or similar ETL tools
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and high attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• 4-6+ years of firsthand experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or similar planning tools

Nice to have:

• Experience with supply chain operations in a manufacturing or high-tech environment
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
• Knowledge of advanced analytics and reporting tools
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript
• Strong presentation skills
