-Checking machine and kiln at least 1 time per shift
-Control and monitor kiln, record all the variables with the kiln monitor to the form. If some variables change, must report to the direct report immediately
-In case of having warning sign and alarm must follow what happened and fix it. If cannot fix must inform the direct report immediately and record in the form
-Checking lime quality by eye from the example
-Change flap and checking flapper for the flowing of the lime to the right silo
-Weekly check up equipment and follow preventive plan
-Coordinate with the maintenance team for the preventive plan and if machine brake down following the repair status
- Record daily work on Daily Log Book
- Checking lime quantities in silo and warehouse
-Handover job to supervisor 15 minutes before end shift, give the information and what to do next to the next shift
