As a KidStrong Coach, you’ll lead awesome classes that help kids ages Crawling–11 build strength, confidence, and skills — while being the fun adult they look up to every week.

What You’ll Actually Do:

Run Epic Classes — Deliver high-energy, movement-based classes that kids (and parents) can’t stop talking about.

Level Up Fast — Get coach-certified with our training program and keep improving like you’re unlocking new skills.

Be the Go-To Person — Connect with families before and after class; you’ll become the reason parents trust and love KidStrong.

Keep Things Running Smooth — Lead classes, camps, and special events while making sure everything stays on time and fun.

Help Out Around the Center — Jump in on events, clean up, and keep the space looking fresh.

We’re Looking For People Who:

• Are athletic (played a sport, were on a team, or just stay active
• Actually enjoy being around kids (this one’s non-negotiable)
• Can talk to parents without feeling awkward
• Bring good vibes and high energy to every class
• Are reliable and ready to learn
• Are CPR certified or willing to get certified

No previous coaching experience required — we’ll train you.

Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals.
