What is KidStrong?

KidStrong is a kids training program focused on building kids’ brains, bodies, and character from walking age through 11 years old. Our science-based curriculum is parent-focused and delivered by certified professional coaches.

We help parents raise strong, confident, high character kids who are prepared to win at life.

Open Role: KidStrong Coach

We are looking for energetic and passionate coaches with a background in athletics, coaching, pediatric OT/PT, or early childhood development.

Schedule:

• Weekday classes: mid-mornings and evenings until 7 PM
• Weekend classes: 8 AM – lunchtime
• Flexible scheduling based on studio needs
• Additional hours available through private classes

Qualifications:

• Experience coaching or teaching children in the KidStrong age range (15 months–11 years)
• Comfortable communicating with parents and explaining curriculum
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
• CPR certified (or willing to get certified)
• Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
• Positive attitude, team-oriented, and reliable self-starter

Compensation:

$20.00 – $25.00 per hour

• KidStrong coaches are needed to work during these classes times: Monday 4-7pm; Tues 3-630pm; Weds 3-715pm; Thurs 3-630pm; Fri 4-6pm; Sat 9-130pm; Sun 9-130pm. Do these hours fit your availability? If so, please share which days you can work.
• This role starts in January. We’ll have two training days the first week of January (you only need to attend one), and then mandatory certification on January 12th–14th. Will that work with your schedule?
