Are you enthusiastic, outgoing, and passionate about working with children and families? Columbia Gym’s KidSpace is looking for an energetic Shift Coordinator to help lead our amazing team!
As a Shift Coordinator, you’ll:
• Supervise and support KidSpace team members during your shift, ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children ages 6 weeks to 13 years.
• Interact with families and kids, lead games and activities, and create an exceptional guest experience.
• Coordinate and assist with special programs, including full-day care when schools are closed and KidSpace Movie Nights.

Candidates who are a great fit can be hired and trained, and once the 90-hour certification is successfully completed, reimbursement will be provided.
The position will also work as a party attendant. We host a variety of high-energy parties for kids of all ages!

Applicants must also be able to communicate positively and effectively with children and their parents and enthusiastically lead games. Enthusiasm and a happy demeanor are key for this position. The position requires being friendly and having a customer service-focused attitude.

Must fit the following criteria:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have or be able to obtain current certification in First Aid and Community CPR
• Must work a variety of mornings, night and weekend shifts approximately 8-12 hours a week
Physical Requirements:
This role involves standing, kneeling, sitting on the floor, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
The pay rate for this position is $16.75/per hour. CA offers a positive, fun work environment and a generous benefits package.
