Our hands-on programs introduce children to the exciting world of medicine, nursing, pharmacy, veterinary science, and more - using real medical tools and interactive curriculum designed to spark curiosity and confidence.<br><br><u>Position Overview:</u><br>We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and engaging instructors to lead fun, educational, and interactive classes for children ages 4-12. As an Instructor, you’ll bring our curriculum to life by guiding students through hands-on activities, role-playing, and learning experiences that build an early interest in healthcare and science careers.<br><br><u>Responsibilities:</u><br>-Teach classes at schools, community centers, after-school programs, camps, or special events<br>-Deliver a prepared curriculum using provided teaching materials and real medical tools (stethoscopes, gloves, lab coats, etc.)<br>-Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment<br>-Set up and clean up class materials before and after each session<br>-Communicate professionally with parents, school staff, and Little Medical School leadership<br>-Travel locally to class locations (reliable transportation required)<br>-Maintain student safety and class control at all times<br><br><u>Qualifications</u><br>-Passion for working with children and helping them learn through hands-on experiences<br>-Strong communication and classroom management skills<br>-Responsible, dependable, and organized<br>-Previous experience working with kids in education, healthcare, or recreation is a plus<br>-Background in education, science, healthcare, or a related field preferred (but not required)<br><br><u>Why Join Us?</u><br>-Make a lasting impact by inspiring future healthcare professionals<br>-Flexible scheduling - perfect for students, retired teachers, or part-time workers<br>-Fun, supportive team environment<br>-All curriculum, supplies, and training provided</div>
