We empower kids through positive sport experiences- teaching them to have fun while learning the fundamentals.<br><br>We are looking for <strong>dynamic, energetic</strong> Multi-Sport and Martial Arts coaches to join our <strong>growing family </strong>here in Phoenix. If you love working with kids, teaching sports, and making fitness exciting, this <strong>part-time</strong> position could be your perfect fit! We’re looking for mobile coaches to lead classes at schools and daycares.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></div><ul>
<li>
<strong>Lead exciting, themed classes</strong> that bring out the best in kids, while teaching them valuable sports and fitness skills.</li>
<li>
<strong>Follow a structured curriculum</strong> (but make it your own with fun!).</li>
<li>Ensure kids have a <strong>blast</strong> while learning through our programs <strong>Karate Zoo</strong> and <strong>KZ Martial Arts</strong>.</li>
<li>
<strong>Be a role model</strong> – create a safe and fun environment where kids feel motivated to participate and improve.</li>
<li>
<strong>Prep your classes</strong> in advance by reviewing lesson plans and come ready to make every session engaging and exciting!</li>
</ul><div><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></div><ul>
<li>A passion for kids – you’re energetic, creative, and excited to lead kids through fun, active classes!</li>
<li>Experience in sports, coaching, or martial arts is a plus, but not required. We’ll train you!</li>
<li>You love being part of a team and are always striving to improve as a coach.</li>
<li>Organizational skills – keep equipment tidy, be on time and always stay prepared!</li>
<li>Flexibility – able to work afternoon shifts and communicate effectively.</li>
