The Childcare Director is responsible for overseeing the daily care, safety, supervision, and well-being of children ages 16 months through 12 years old. This position provides leadership and support to childcare staff while ensuring that the school maintains a safe, nurturing, organized, and developmentally appropriate environment.
The Childcare Supervisor serves as a positive role model for staff and children and works closely with families, and staff to support the needs of each child.
Performs other related tasks as assigned by the Community Ed Director and other central office administrators as designated by the Superintendent.

Uses standard office equipment such as personal computers, printer, copy and fax machines, and telephone.
Travels to school district buildings and professional meetings as required.
The position requires the ability to safely supervise and interact with young children throughout the day. Duties may include standing and walking for extended periods, sitting on the floor, bending, lifting and carrying children or classroom materials, assisting with toileting and other personal-care needs, and responding quickly to safety situations.

Pay range $45,000-$55,000 based on experience and education.
