WHAT IS A MY GYM COACH?

• Someone who is high-energy, loves to play, and to be silly
• A team player who follows through and always gives 100%
• Reliable and communicative

REQUIREMENTS:

• A genuine love for teaching kids – from babies to upper elementary ages (4 months-10 years old)
• Ability to work 20+ hours per week, MONDAYS AND ONE WEEKEND DAY required
• Commitment to train hard and take direction/feedback well
• Stage presence – if the idea of performing for a group of parents and kids sounds scary, we might not be the right fit for you
• Willingness to clean (cleaning is a huge part of what we do – it’s how we keep each other and our kids safe & healthy)
• A background in teaching, gymnastics, dancing, singing, and/or theater is a huge plus!

COMPENSATION:

• Hourly rate starts at $16. It can be $17 with competitor experience or $18 with My Gym experience.
• $55 per 1.5 hr. birthday party & $65 per 2 hr. birthday party (+cash tips when applicable).
