Your Next Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for a Casual Kids Club Coordinator to join our team at our Queenscliff Beacon Holidays Holiday site.

Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll play a key role in creating fun, safe, and memorable experiences for children and families. You’ll be the friendly face of our Kids Club, planning and delivering engaging activities that make holidays unforgettable!

In this Role, You’ll:

• Plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate activities for kids, ensuring safety and inclusivity.
• Create a welcoming environment where children feel engaged and parents feel confident.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized Kids Club space, following all safety guidelines.
• Communicate clearly with families about schedules, activities, and any special requirements.
• Support general park operations when needed, including assisting guests and maintaining site standards.

You’re Likely a Match If You:

• Love working with children and creating experiences that spark joy and imagination.
• Have experience in childcare, education, hospitality, or tourism—or you’re eager to learn!
• Are confident using Microsoft Office and booking systems like Newbook (or keen to learn).
• Work collaboratively, communicate with empathy, and bring creativity and energy to everything you do.
• Hold a valid Working with Children Check (essential).
• Have a current automatic driver’s license.

You’re someone who brings enthusiasm, ideas, and a genuine passion for making a difference. You love working with people, solving problems, and creating moments that matter.
