You will make the Kids’ Club the heartbeat of the hotel for our younger guests. You will to make club as the destination of choice. Parents can relax and unwind safe in their knowledge that their children are entertained, meeting new friends and trying new activities. This is an active role for people who love to entertain and care for others.Responsible for the care and safety of all Kid guest of the Kid club.

• Ensure that all activities performed in the spa of the hotel conform to Hilton brand standards at all times.

• Meet, greet and bid farewell to all guests with a warm, friendly and genuine smile.

• Fully understand the nature & features of the hotel’s services as well as the Leisure department, including internal promotions, current and future facilities available to guests, and actively promote them to guests.

• Adhere to Hilton service standards and service quality reviews, in order to provide consistent service to guests, so that guests enjoy pleasant, memorable professional services.

Detail of Job Requirements

• Anticipate and understand the needs of kid guests and how to create a fun and stand-out moments

• Follow up daily Kids’ Club activity program

• Good observation ability to always monitor many children at the same time

• Work together with other departments to promote kid club activities available to children and their families, as well as promote hotel promotion, leisure promotion.

• Handle guest objections, comments or complaints in a professional and timely manner

• Collate information and feedback from kid guests and their families to improve future visits to the hotel

• Understand and drive guest satisfaction through feedback from voice of the guest

• Support the teams to meet KPIs of Leisure department.

• Record all loyalty guests, VIPs, and guests with special needs and wants and advise relevant departments

• Ensure the respect, due application and adherence to HACCP of Hilton health and safety procedures when planning and delivering Kids’ Club activities and services

• High School graduate or college

• Good interpersonal skills to provide overall guest satisfaction.

• Experience of working with children and / or appropriate training in childcare

• Ability of working with people from different nationalities and cultures

• Good at organizational and planning skills

• An awareness of health and safety procedures

• Can communicate with foreigner in English

• Professional and well-groomed for forward facing guests.
