Kia Journeyman Technician - $20,000 Sign-On Bonus for Top Technicians!

Berman Auto Group is building the largest Kia dealership in Illinois, with our brand-new, state-of-the-art Chicago facility projected to be complete in 2027

What's Coming:

• Brand-new, state-of-the-art facility
• 30+ service bays
• Union-represented shop once we move to Chicago

Until then:You'll work from our newly remodeled dealership in Niles while helping us build the future of Berman Kia.

Compensation:

• $46–$50 per booked hour - Above-industry pay! (based on ASE certifications and manufacturer training)
• $20,000 sign-on bonus available for top-qualified technicians

What We're Looking For

• Journeyman Technician status or higher required
• ASE Certified
• Kia/Hyundai specific experience preferred, but not required
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills across all major vehicle systems
• Experience using manufacturer diagnostic equipment and software
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
