The community at Gorseland Primary School warmly welcomes you. Our children, staff and governors are both pleased and proud to share with you a little about our school.
Gorseland is a two-form entry primary school with a large nursery and two specialist units. We are situated in Martlesham Heath, next to Kesgrave, and are fortunate enough to have vibrant and spacious outdoor facilities that bring learning and play to life both inside and outside of our classrooms.
Gorseland is an inclusive learning community where children and staff alike value being ready, respectful and safe in our endeavours to be the best we can be. As a staff, we feel it is our duty to foster and celebrate a love of learning through developing children who are self-confident, hardworking and resilient. Happy children who achieve success academically, socially and emotionally are proud children, a pride that definitely extends to the adults who guide and support them here at Gorseland.
Gorseland Primary School is committed to ensuring that children develop their passion for learning, discover their natural talents and have high aspirations in and outside of school. This inclusive school works tirelessly to ensure our children are happy and successful.
