The Ideal Candidate

• Experience in food manufacturing or processing (de-shell or seafood experience is a big plus)
• Solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards

• Good communicator who isn’t afraid to speak up if something’s not right
• Works well in a team but can also handle tasks independently

Your Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate de-shell equipment following standard procedures
• Always maintain high food safety and quality standards
• Keep an eye on product quality and report any issues straight away
• Perform basic checks, set-ups, and adjustments to keep the line running smoothly
• Help with line start-ups, shut-downs, and changeovers
• Spot and report equipment faults or drops in performance
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and ready for audits
• Work with the team to meet daily goals like output, yield, and minimizing waste or downtime
• Lead by example and support newer team members when needed

We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Key Operator for our De-shell area. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, works efficiently, and knows that quality, safety, and hitting targets really matter.
