Your Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to your Line Manager on production and packing matters.
• Engage with wider teams and HSE departments to support site goals.
• Role model safety behaviours, reporting and resolving issues proactively.
• Coach colleagues on health, safety and hygiene procedures.
• Champion clean-as-you-go and good manufacturing practices.
• Ensure machinery hygiene checks are completed and defects reported promptly.
• Take an active role in health, safety and environmental audits.
