About the Role
In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for one of New Zealand’s largest compliance contracts, ensuring seamless service delivery and strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
Serving as the primary day-to-day contact for a major client account
Attending and presenting at monthly client review meetings
Managing contract invoicing and related financial processes
Providing timely and accurate administration for account management
Building and maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
Preparing and delivering client reports in line with contractual agreements
Processing purchase orders and work orders as required
Maintaining accurate client data across internal systems
Preparing, filing, and managing compliance documentation
Ensuring invoicing is completed within required timeframes and standards
Supporting day-to-day client communications and expectations
Providing general administrative support to the wider team
About You
You are a highly organised and customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Your skills and experience include:
Business Administration qualification (preferred but not essential)
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service, administration, or sales
Strong administrative background with high attention to detail
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven ability to build relationships at all levels
Strong customer service focus and a solutions-driven mindset
Experience with Mastermind (highly regarded)
Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
