Job Description

HRSI is looking for Key Accounts Specialist for one of its leading client.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve business targets across assigned key accounts in line with agreed joint business plans.

Develop and execute customer-wise and category-wise sell-out and sell-in plans.

Establish productive relationships with key account customers and drive business growth.

Lead business review meetings, negotiate trade terms, and finalize joint business agreements.

Build an accurate understanding of each account's shoppers, category dynamics, and growth

opportunities.

Internal

Create and deploy account-specific product assortments, promotions, and activations to maximize

sell-out.

Ensure strong in-outlet execution covering on-shelf availability, planogram compliance, pricing

adherence, and secondary placements.

Analyze account-level sell-out data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth.

Collaborate with trade marketing to design and execute customer-specific activations and

promotional plans.

Ensure accurate and timely reporting on KPIs, and share insights on category and competitor

performance.

Experience & Qualifications

4-6 years of experience as a Key Account Manager/Specialist or equivalent in the FMCG industry.

Proven track record in modern trade business development and trade marketing.

Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

Adept in category management and building profitable promotion plans.

Highly proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.

Bachelor's degree required; Master's/MBA is a plus.

In-depth understanding of Karachi's modern trade landscape and key account dynamics.
