Job Description

1. Serve as the main contact for assigned customers.
2. Understand customer processes and propose additive solutions that improve productivity and reduce costs.
3. Conduct regular visits, presentations, and performance reviews with plant management.
4. Implement the area’s sales plan at the account level.
5. Negotiate contracts and pricing within approved guidelines.
6. Monitor consumption and forecast demand to ensure supply reliability.
7. Coordinate with technical service engineers and R&D engineers to run product trials and troubleshoot issues.
8. Document trial results and communicate value delivered to customers.
9. Provide training and support to plant staff on product usage.
10. Gather insights into competitor activities and customer needs.
11. Report findings to the Sales Manager to inform regional strategy.
12. Executes account-level sales strategies.
13. Focuses on customer satisfaction, product trials, and contract management.
14. Provides market feedback to the Sales Manager for continuous improvement.
