Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Channel
Strategy Development: Design and implement account-specific strategies for priority
sales channels to achieve defined business objectives.
- Market
Intelligence:
Collect and analyze customer, shopper, and competitor insights to support
data-driven decision-making and channel development.
- Commercial
Activation: Lead
the development and execution of commercial business cases, ensuring
alignment with sales and marketing objectives and delivering measurable
impact.
- Cross-Functional
Collaboration:
Partner with internal teams across sales, marketing, finance, logistics,
and ICT to ensure seamless execution of channel plans and business
initiatives.
- Performance
Monitoring:
Apply data-driven methodologies to track sales performance, evaluate
initiatives, and optimize customer engagement.
- Customer
Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, driving demand
creation, order fulfillment, and sales conversion.
- Execution
Excellence:
Develop outlet programs and joint business plans (JBP) to support
long-term growth and competitive positioning in the market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business
Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant
experience in sales, trade marketing, or brand management, with at least 1
year in a supervisory or leadership role (preferably in FMCG or a related
industry).
- In-depth knowledge of sales
processes, market behavior, and customer service systems.
- Holds a valid professional
drivers license (optional but preferred).
