Based in Jakarta to handle national Retail Sales channels and Jakarta Megacity retail business, we are currently seeking:

Key Account Specialist – Retail

(Jakarta)

Reporting to Retail Channel Sales Lead, the successful candidate for this position will be responsible for developing, promoting, and managing sales activities in Retail channel and customers in the area to achieve Sales Budget, Brand Recognition, and CustomerSatisfaction; partnering with various stakeholders in meeting individual and area target while executing sales strategy in the area.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Plan, Execute, and Organize Sales and Marketing activities
    1. Plan and manage sales activities including demonstrations, seminars, concept promotions, ideas about application for our products.
    2. Engage with key customers to leverage company’s portfolio with product development ideas or product innovation needs.
    3. Develop and proposeplan based onmarket assessment to accelerate business growth in the area.
    4. Explore new business opportunities with existing and prospective Retail channel customers.
  1. Plan, propose, and execute Sales Strategy tailored to key customer
    1. Align and execute priority of focus products.
    2. Coordinate new product development, launch (internal & external) and follow up
  1. Analyze, adjust, and propose suitable strategy based on market information regarding market trends, competitor activity, and the need for development of new and existing products
  1. Close coordination with internal cross-function teams: Technical Team, Product Development and Customers Sales to ensure smooth collaboration in achieving target.

Profile

  • Diploma/Bachelor degree with at least 5-year work experience including 3-year experience as Sales Executive or Key Account handling Sales and Marketing activities, preferably from Food or FMCG industry managing Retail Channel
  • Sound business development knowledge of national brand retail or large account channel customers and business model.
  • Experience in managing various business target, budget, and portfolio to grow business in the area.
  • Cultural awareness and experience of diversity management
  • Proficient business level of English
