Report to: Regional Manager, North & Central

Your Roles:

  • Maintaining and grow company products in hosptial private channels
  • Enhance company and product image during HCP engagements.
  • Effectively support the Field Force Team and drive Hospital Private Listing / enlisting initiatives.

What You Should Do:.

  • Collaborate with Field Force Team to drive Hospital Listing / Enlisting initiatives and coordinate in planning and execution.
  • Build and maintain a robust foundation for new products by promoting them to healthcare professionals during the awareness phase, with a smooth handover to the Field Force Team for ongoing activities.
  • Provide comprehensive Hospital Listing / Enlisting information for performance reviews and develop effective action plans for the assigned territory.
  • Collect and relay feedback from the assigned territory to company; implement actions to optimize outcomes.
  • Participate in and support various scientific events and projects; contribute to Group presentations and long-term Field Force collaborations.
  • Ensure timely recognition and reporting of adverse events (AE) or safety information to the Local Pharmacovigilance Responsible Person (LPVR) or Local Drug Safety contacts, following local’s procedures (within 24 hours where applicable).
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers/partners and internal departments; uphold company policy on data protection and confidentiality.
  • Monitor and report market intelligence, competitor activities, and domain insights to inform strategy and action plans.
  • Ensure appropriate hospital engagement coverage, frequency, and quality of visits to target customers; maintain channels of communication to achieve developmental goals.
  • Manage and optimize internal team dynamics to promote teamwork, using promotional budgets effectively and maintaining high levels of professional conduct

Who You Are:

  • Graduated in Pharmacist / Docttor
  • At least 02 - 05 years experience working in MNC Pharmaceutical market, especially in Hospital Private Listing / Market Access.
  • Good communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical & determined mind.
  • Creative / active
  • Good time management & work orgnization.
  • Well English / good computer skills.
