Make an Impact
We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Key Account Support Specialist to join our Territory South team, based in Grabenstätt, Bavaria. In this role, you will support distributor accounts across eight countries, working closely with — and reporting directly to — the Key Account Manager to ensure smooth account operations, strong commercial execution, and optimized order and assortment performance.
This role sits at the heart of the commercial organization, acting as a key link between Sales, Inside Sales, cross-functional teams, and external customers. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate order management, data-driven decision-making, and effective go-to-market execution across multiple markets.
This is a hybrid position based in our Grabenstätt office. You will be required to work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
What you will do in this role
Key Account & Sales Support
• Support the Key Account Manager with assortment planning, performance analysis, and commercial decision-making
• Prepare and maintain newness buying grids to support seasonal launches and assortment strategies
• Monitor and analyze monthly sell-in and sell-out performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
• Track open orders to ensure optimal allocation, timely fulfillment, and maximized sales potential
• Generate, analyze, and share product availability lists with key customers
• Oversee active order management and claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
• Collaborate closely with the Inside Sales team on order processing, shipment coordination, and issue resolution
Product, Range & Go-To-Market Support
• Coordinate and maintain newness buying grids across accounts and seasons
• Create, complete, and maintain retailer-specific specification sheets
• Provide customers with product specifications, images, and supporting materials as required
• Build strong product knowledge and a deep understanding of ranges, categories, and seasonal assortments
Stakeholder Collaboration & Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external customers
• Ensure seamless communication and alignment across sales, operations, and customer stakeholders
• Act as a reliable point of contact for operational and commercial account support
Who You Are
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced commercial environment
• Customer-focused, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High level of self-motivation and adaptability to change
• Ability to understand, analyze, and act on sales and performance reports
• Experience in a retail or wholesale environment
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Develops a solid understanding of products, categories, and brands
• Business-fluent in English is mandatory; additional languages are a strong advantage
• Higher education preferred
