π Create and develop new business opportunities for pneumatic and electric application products
π Actively engage with OEMs in the Munich area, especially within general industry sectors
π€ Strengthen relationships with existing customers and distributors to increase sales performance
π Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets
π Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
π£ Motivate distributors and existing users to actively promote products

π©πͺ Fluency in German and English (C1 level) is mandatory
π§ Minimum 5 years of experience in key account sales within pneumatics, electric motion control, or industrial automation
π Bachelorβs degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred)
πΌ Proven track record in sales, contract negotiation, and long-term customer relationship management
