Job Description

Industry: Construction Materials MNC
Location: West

Responsibilities: 

  • Handle product specifications and ensure accurate documentation for key projects.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets through strategic account management and solution-based selling.
  • Prepare detailed product specifications tailored for main contractors, architects, consultants, and developers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and service standards are upheld.
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify new business opportunities within key accounts and drive growth through value-added solutions.

  • Requirements:

    • Minimum tertiary education required.
    • At least 3 years of working experience in the sales industry.
    • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with professionals at all levels, including contractors, consultants, and site personnel.
    • Confident, analytical, and results-driven with a friendly and collaborative approach.
    • A strong team player with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
    • Possess a valid Class 3 driving license with own transport.
