2. Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, building long-term and stable partnerships;
3. Organize client meetings with clear objectives and efficient agendas, and ensure timely follow-up on meeting outcomes;
4. Track client requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of support and solutions;
5. Oversee the order process and contract management, ensuring timely execution and resolution of issues during implementation;
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to keep projects on schedule, adjust resources and strategies as needed, and ensure smooth project completion;
7. Collect client feedback and continuously optimize account management and service processes to enhance customer satisfaction;
8. Drive business growth and expansion of key accounts in line with the company’s goals and strategies.职位要求1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in key account management or related fields;
2. Strong client relationship management and communication skills;
3. Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple client projects efficiently and achieving results;
4. Highly proactive and execution-oriented, with the ability to respond quickly to client needs and drive team performance;
5. Strong logical thinking and analytical skills, able to distill key insights from complex information and develop effective action plans;
6. Strong organizational ability to manage meetings, client requests, and project progress effectively, ensuring process completion;
