Tasks & responsibilities
· Grow and manage relationships with key customers, achieve account sales budgets, and lead account planning and execution through Customer Business Plans.
· Deliver excellent customer support and above-market growth across multinational and national strategic/key accounts by continuously assessing, clarifying, validating and managing customer needs.
· Drive long-term revenue and profitability growth with strategic/key customers in alignment with ASKAN goals and performance expectations.
· Implement the growth strategy and define short-, medium- and long-term tactics for BI SAM/KAM customers in close collaboration with ASKAN BIAH Strategic Account Management, ROPU CE and species leadership.
· Provide functional leadership to SAM customer team members in OPUs and promote the sharing of information and best practices across local teams.
· Gather and update key insights through monthly performance analysis, take timely action, and strengthen share-of-wallet leadership across species.
Requirements
· Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Engineering, Business Management or a comparable discipline; a veterinary or related degree is preferred.
· Extensive experience in strategic or key account management.
· At least five years of solid sales and marketing experience, with a proven record of achieving targets and executing strategy.
· Knowledge of Animal Health industry economics and key business drivers is preferred.
· Demonstrated agility and ability to thrive in cross-functional, matrix team environments.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing and leadership skills.
