The Oncology Key Account Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing Genmab in Spain with accountability for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, specialist cancer centers, academic medical institutions, and oncology professionals across Spain. This individual will be responsible for promoting Genmab’s oncology portfolio, with a focus on solid tumors and gynecologic oncology, to healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
The KAM will be responsible for driving product adoption and ensuring optimal regional and local access across assigned territories. The role requires a strong blend of scientific engagement, account management, stakeholder partnership, and market access capabilities. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to identify opportunities, remove barriers to access, and deliver value to healthcare professionals, institutions, and patients.
The territory for this role encompasses northeast Spain including Barcelona.
The proposed gross annual base salary range for this position, in the primary location, based on a full time schedule is:
EUR64.000,00---96.000,00

The final salary offer will depend on several factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.
