
Key Responsibilities
▪Own and drive end-to-end sales cycles for SAP Product Portfolio including licenses, and consulting services, from lead generation to deal closure.
▪Execute territory and account business plans to consistently achieve revenue and growth targets
▪Manage and grow Mid-market, large enterprise and strategic accounts, including CXO-level stakeholder engagement
▪Identify customer business challenges and position SAP-led solutions using a consultative sales approach
▪Collaborate closely with pre-sales, delivery, alliances, and marketing teams to create winning proposals
▪Drive opportunity qualification, pipeline management, forecasting, negotiation, and contract closure
▪Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the Sales CRM system
▪Ensure adherence to compliance, governance, and internal sales processes
▪Build long-term customer relationships focused on value creation and repeat business.
Required Skills:
•Min 7+ Years of sales experience in enterprise software, IT services, or consulting sales
•Strong exposure to SAP ecosystem (licenses, S/4HANA, cloud, or SAP services) preferred
•Experience selling ERP, cloud platforms, or enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.)
•Proven success in Mid-market, large account management and complex deal closures
•Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling methodologies
•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders (internal and external)
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
•Highly methodical, process-oriented, and data-driven in sales execution
•High levels of integrity, ownership, accountability, and compliance adherence.
