As Key Account Manager, Salon & Wholesale, you will drive sustainable sales growth, profitability, and customer development across strategic salon, wholesale, and distribution partners in Sweden. Working closely with key customers, you will build strong commercial relationships, develop joint business plans, and identify opportunities to grow market share, distribution, and long-term business success.

What you´ll do

• Drive sustainable sales growth, profitability, and customer development within strategic Key accounts, partners and wholesalers.
• Build strong partnerships with key customers, execute commercial strategies, and ensure alignment between customer plans and business objectives.
• Key Responsibilities Own the commercial relationship with assigned key accounts and wholesale partners
• Deliver Net Sales, Gross Profit, Share of Wallet, and customer growth targets
• Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and account growth strategies
• Identify new business opportunities to grow distribution, market share, and customer value
• Build strong relationships with key customer decision-makers
