Job Description

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to inform strategic sales and marketing initiatives
  • Accurately track and report on key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Provide exceptional customer service and act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in an account management or key sales role, ideally within the aerospace industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand complex technical requirements
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to inform strategic decision-making
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a business or engineering discipline
