  • Act as a subject matter expert and product account owner for allocated area, leading high-quality, value-based engagement with key stakeholders and targeted medical centers.

  • Execute strategic account development aligned with national strategy and customer needs, strengthening long-term partnerships and customer support.
  • Build and sustain long-term, trust-based relationships with key customers, enabling sustainable portfolio growth.
  • Taking ownership of customer networking and managing ongoing key stakeholder relationships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, ensuring effective execution and integration of customer insights into local strategies.

These will be ensured in particular by:

  • Applying key-account management principles to develop and execute account-level plans aligned with national strategy.
  • Spending 90% of work time in the field, driving high-impact customer engagement, business development activities, and strategic stakeholder interactions.
  • Actively participate in local and international congresses to strengthen scientific exchange and market presence.
  • Support Sobi Romania Commercial objectives, acting in full alignment with the Commercial Lead Romania’s direction and priorities.
  • Cooperating with other team members within the Hemophilia, Immunology & Specialty Care (local and CEE) and country management to ensure integrated execution.
  • Accurately collect, manage, and report field insights, ensuring effective use of CRM and consistent application of KAM principles.
  • Provide clear, timely reporting to the Commercial Lead and management, contributing to the successful implementation of local portfolio strategies.
  • Contribute to the implementation and execution of the overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with local customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Delivering the tactical deployment of the SOBI global business plan, adapting where needed to reflect local strategic priorities.
  • Manage assigned resources efficiently, including forecasting needs to ensure uninterrupted products availability.

Field-based role primarily located in Bucharest or Cluj-Napoca

Qualifications

  • University degree level education
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales within an innovative pharmaceutical company, ideally in a Key Account Management role.Multi-functional experiences, with the ability to work effectively across dynamic portfolio.
  • Strongcommercial track record, combining sales excellence, , business acumen and strategic mindset to consistently deliver growth.
  • Demonstrated enterprise mindset, with ability to collaborate within intrnational matric organization to achieve business objectives
  • Unquestioned ethical standards, integrity and informal leadership capability.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify business opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
  • Flexibility, ability to manage change and operate effectively in uncertain and evolving environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Proeficiency in MS office tools (Excel, Word, PP and Outlook) and category B driving license.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken), additional Slovak language (written and spoken) is considered an advantage.
