
As Key Account Manager – Retail & Private Healthcare Partnerships, you will build the relationships that improve how people in Romania access their treatment. You will develop strategies with pharmacy chains, independent pharmacies and private healthcare providers, turning partnerships into better access, awareness and support for patients. Your work will strengthen customer engagement across the market and help more people living with serious chronic diseases get the care they need, sooner.

In International Operations, colleagues work across markets to serve people around the world and help improve health at scale. You will be part of the commercial team in Romania, working closely with your manager and with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial Excellence, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance, Legal & Compliance to deliver integrated plans.
Externally, you will be the trusted point of contact for pharmacy owners and managers, private clinic networks, hospital outpatient centres, medical and commercial directors, procurement managers, healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders. By bringing these perspectives together and sharing insights across the organisation, you will help the whole team move from insight to action at pace.
You will work in an international environment where your expertise shapes decisions and your voice is heard. This role gives you room to build new skills through cross-functional collaboration, broaden your commercial perspective and take real ownership of your accounts. Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 184,640.00 to 332,340.00 RON, corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
