All about the role:
This position will be key to driving the next phase of the Korean business development and to reinforcing the team. Working closely with the product team, marketing, and SCM teams, you will be accountable for customer growth, building strong customer relationships to drive both short-term results and long-term sustainable growth.
What you’ll do:
Build a sales strategy that achieves and exceeds sales and margin targets for your accounts.
Ensure that Electrolux is represented positively and professionally both online and offline.
Plan and execute activities for both online, in-store, and off-page to drive strong sales and performance.
Ensure accurate demand planning in line with individual and company goals.
Negotiate winning scenarios for both Electrolux and the customer
Interpret market and sell out data into business opportunities.
Organization and participation in trade shows and retail events
Who are you:
Proven sales experience in the home appliances or consumer goods industry
Strong sales expertise in retail channels • Energetic and results-driven, with strong ownership and the ability to deliver both short- and long-term business results
Agile mindset, able to quickly understand, adapt to, and respond to changes in the appliance customer/consumer landscape
Fast learner with an open-minded attitude, willing to embrace new trends, technologies, and ideas while leveraging diversity and driving cross-functional collaboration
Strong strategic and analytical thinking, balancing data-driven insights with hands-on business experience
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong customer/consumer relationship-building skills •
In-depth knowledge of the home appliances market and sales
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and cross
Solid experience in finance and revenue management
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented
Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
Critical Competencies – must-haves:
5+ years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager in the home appliances industry or FMCG sector with a strong and consistent sales performance record
Bachelor’s degree (Business-related major preferred)
Proficient PC skills, including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
