As a valued member of our Sales & Customer Solutions team at CHEP Australia, the Key Account Manager (Produce) manages a portfolio of strategic customers across VIC & SA for retention and growth, with a strong focus on building long-term partnerships and delivering mutually beneficial commercial and operational outcomes.
This is a newly created role designed to strengthen our Key Account coverage across Victoria and South Australia (“KAM South”) and support consistent, responsive customer support. You’ll work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, run structured account review rhythms, and progress initiatives that improve supply chain outcomes for our customers while delivering sustainable performance for CHEP.
This role will ideally be based in Melbourne (preferably Derrimut, VIC) with a hybrid working arrangement and travel across VIC/SA as required.
