As Key Account Manager for the Business Unit Accessories (in Power Tools department), you will be driving revenue growth for our comprehensive range of power tool accessories for assigned Key Accounts. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our business by developing and implementing strategies to expand our market presence and strengthen our relationships with key customers and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Execute a strategic business plan to achieve sale targets of assigned Key Accounts.
  • Communicate and implement Key Account marketing activities at a customer level.
  • Negotiate with Key Accounts pricing, listings & aligned category management approach.
  • Cooperate with internal departments, and timely update stakeholders about assigned Key Account activities and feedback from market and customers.
  • Develop new business opportunities (segments, category management or new customers).
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Report the target achievements to the headquarters in Poland and Switzerland.

Qualifications

  • Higher Education in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or a similar roles (preferably within the power tools, construction, or related industry)
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and distribution channels
  • Very good command of spoken and written English for daily communication in an international environment
  • Commercial mindset with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach to business growth opportunities
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within international and cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet customers and partners
