About the Role
The Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability by promoting and selling Pharmacy Automation products, solutions, and services across the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.
The role focuses on developing strategic customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and delivering sustainable business growth through a customer-centric approach.
A key objective of this role is to expand and strengthen the Pharmacy Automation business within the Ministry of Health (MOH) sector by building strong stakeholder relationships, identifying strategic opportunities, and supporting the successful adoption of BD solutions.
Work Location: Jeddah
Key Responsibilities
Identify business opportunities for Pharmacy Automation product and relevant stakeholders within assigned accounts and territories.
Drive business growth within the Ministry of Health (MOH) by developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new opportunities, and supporting the successful implementation of Pharmacy Automation solutions.
Lead engagement with government healthcare institutions and relevant MOH decision-makers to expand market presence and achieve business objectives.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and solution-design teams to develop customer opportunities.
Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with regional sales strategies.
Achieve agreed annual sales, revenue, and growth targets
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers
Manage complex multi-account agreements and negotiations
Convert sales opportunities into profitable business outcomes.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM records.
Collaborate across functions to deliver customer solutions and business growth.
About You
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, with a proven track record of consistent performance and career progression.
Previous experience in key account management or strategic account development is preferred.
Experience working within multinational or international organizations is advantageous.
Demonstrated success in consultative and solution-based selling.
Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
Experience in territory planning, account management, and sales forecasting.
Ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in a competitive market environment.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working effectively across cross-functional teams.
